Goshen Fundraiser

Well my 2nd fundraiser was a success as well, considering it was a day of tornado warnings and storms. I had a silent auction and bake sale. The bake sale was a hit! We had cinnamon rolls, whoopie pies, bread, cookies, etc... Some of my students came with their parents and bid on items. My dear friend, Erin Toth, spoke on my behalf after I shared about my trip. Thanks to all who helped set up, baked, donated, came and bid, and helped me clean up!!

2nd Fundraiser

I will be doing a 2nd fundraiser in Goshen at my school, Parkside Elementary. I wanted to have one for fellow teachers and parents of my students and friends in Goshen who didn't get to the other one. It is another silent auction and bake sale. A big thank you to Teri McCrindle for organizing the bake sale! For those of you interested, it is from 6:30-8 and will include artwork from local artists, gift certificates to local places, gift baskets, etc... I would love prayer that things go smoothly.

my life

This is a tribute to my grandmother, Blanche Moyer. She is living at the Souderton Mennonite Home in Pennsylvania and I guess it was her week to be in the spotlight there. She was a faithful church-goer over the years and was a quilter and good cook. Her strong faith is an example to me!
